Traveling to Karl's Bay, head up the street from the tunnel entrance through the large Gardens of Perception attraction, and then look down to the right for a blue awning where Vanya's home is, and his code will be inside. When either Eternalist survives, their home in Karl's Bay will be unlocked later in the day. Turning the red wire safe will ensure that Vanya will live, and turning the blue wire safe will make sure Anatoly will survive. To get the other two codes, you'll need to spend two loops ensuring someone else survives by pressing the button on the smoke dispenser. Two other nearby notes contain Cassandra's Pact of Smoke Code, and the knowledge that the machine has been rigged to kill the two other participants. A nearby audio log will mention that three Eternalists plan to smoke until they drop - and the winner will be able to make use of "The Room". Opposite the window entrance to Colt's flat is a short stairway leading to a room with a curious hookah-like smoking device with several wires, and a door with three codes.
